My methodology is built upon my Social Sciences scholar education, Positive Psychology, Service Design, Stanford’s Life by Design framework trainings and studies, almost 20 years of executive People & Talent Management experience, in addition to a deeply personal practice: I continuously coach myself.

What is a
Creative Coach?
A creative coach is a guide who helps artists, professionals, and new starters clarify their vision, overcome mental blocks, and execute their work with purpose and momentum.
A creative coach focuses specifically on the unique dynamics of the creative process balancing inspiration with structure, navigating self-doubt, and turning intuitive ideas into finished projects.

We often mistake creativity for a rare gift belonging only to traditional artists. Drawing from Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s research (Creativity: The Psychology of Discovery and Invention), I view creativity as a dynamic process of discovery, domain mastery, and integration.

Working with Benan allowed us to see the creative identity and true potential of what we do from a different perspective. She shaped the process specifically around us and our creative practice.
